Dealing With Feedback
Today, I wanted to share four ways to deal with feedbacks that I came across from the book No Rules Rules by Erin Meyer and Reed Hastings in the #Blinkist app. Feedbacks are crucial to estimate, and in turn, enhance more realistically. Since anything you put out, it needs to be manifested in the most efficient way possible by itself. Here are the four triable ways to respond to feedback: Ponder whether the feedback is presented with the (1)aim of helping and whether it is immediately (2)actionable. If not both, dismiss it and carry on with your work. Whenever you receive feedback from a person, don't forget to (3)appreciate the effort and bravery of him/her. And finally, (4)think carefully about whether or not to accept it. And that's it for today. Have a happy weekend.
